So far so good!!! December 30, 2014 was the day I met Kelly @ Alpha Lifestyle, it was also the last time I had a cigarette. I am making the choice everyday to not have a cigarette & laser therapy has helped tremendously. Literally I have had no irritability & no real cravings. I do think about it occasionally but I’m sure, since I liked to smoke, that I will think about it for a long time. I just choose not to act on those thoughts & focus my mind elsewhere.

I think I have successfully quit smoking 6 times now, and I’ve tried all the methods. Alpha’s laser treatment was by far the easiest for me. Alpha helped me quit 3 years ago. When you try to explain to people that “All she has to do is touch you with the laser a few times on your head and arms.”, and “No, it doesn’t hurt.”, and that the treatment part only takes about 20 min; people can tend to be skeptical because it seems too easy. All I can say is that it really works for me. I would never try any other method.

On July 01, 2014, it was my ONE YEAR NON-SMOKING ANNIVERSARY!! Thanks to Alpha Lifestyle Center. I could not believe how absolutely easy it was but I made sure I followed everything they told me to do….AND NOT DO! I am 52 years old, quit several times during my 30+ years of smoking and always returned. NEVER AGAIN! When I walked out on July 01, 2013, I felt as if I had never smoked in my life and I still don’t want anything to do with it. I never even had to go in for my Booster treatment! After years of trying, this is absolutely the best treatment to quit smoking. Kelly is so committed to the success of her clients, that she goes above and beyond. My mother who smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day for 25 years has been smoke free for 15 yrs with this treatment. I myself have tried all other options and laser therapy is the only one I have been successful with.
